The AICR (Amicale Internationale des Sous Directeurs et Chefs de Réception des Grand Hôtels) is a community of fellow Front Office Leaders & Hoteliers working in hotels & private clubs around the United Kingdom. We host the annual Receptionist of the Year Competition, get together at monthly events, provide mentorship programs for people looking to boost their career and above all, we would like to say we have lots of fun with each other!

Each year, we organize the Receptionist of the Year UK competition, with initial applications starting in August. The semi-finals take place in October, offering talented receptionists from across the UK a chance to showcase their exceptional hospitality skills.
The grand prize? An opportunity to compete in the international competition, held annually at a different global location, where you could earn the title of the World's Best Receptionist!
